Home pregnancy test help pleaaase im scared?

okay i took it about an hour ago. right after i took it i could barely see anything... then like 5-10 min later if i held it up to light i could see a faint line now like an hour later i can see a line no matter what but its VERRY faint but its there the whole line

The results are only valid 5 MINUTES after the test is taken. The only test that is valid for 24 hours are the digital ClearBlue, etc.

Take another one in the morning just to make sure, but it sounds like the test said negative. Now that does not mean you are not pregnant though. There are more false negatives the positives.

Its only valid if you can see it with the eye, no tilting it etc, because there are "standard lines" that are there so they can react to the urine and show the line, there is also a faint line....it is the reaction line.

You have to STOP LOOKING at the test after the amount of minutes specified in the directions. They tell you to only look at the results window for a certain number of minutes for a reason---the tests can ALL turn positive after enough time passes, whether you're pregnant or not.

Throw this one out, go buy a new one (or two), read the directions, and take the test again. Make sure you read it in good light, because even a faint positive is a positive. IGNORE the test after the number of minutes specified, not matter what is going on in the results window.

It will tell you on the packet how long to wait for a test result. If you wait longer than it says then it is NOT accurate - most of them start to show a line if you leave them long enough - even if a guy peed on it!

If you get a line within the testing time then you should see your doctor for a blood test, as you are very likely to be pregnant.

You may have not peed enough on the stick, you ave to pee enough so tht is soakes the absorbancy strip and then the test can read. Regardless, you need to take another test. And you need to read all of the directions, on the test that I've taken, it says not to read the test after thirty minutes. Good Luck.

nope you are not pregnant. the line will always shows up later i had that happen to me. It's in the instructions. relax if you want reassurance the health department will do it free and if you are a minor it will be confidential.

You can not read a pregnancy test after ten mins. After the ten mins you have to throw it away and take another one. No matter what you should take another one just in case.

You need to read it according to the instructions on the box. After the test sits for awhile, a false positive can come up. Take a deep breath and try another test.

You need to take another the longer it sits, the more unreliable it is it can become a false positive.

take another one and remember to set it down on a FLAT surface!! And don't move it!
