Pregnancy-pain after sneezing?

I am 3 months along. I find that if my bladder gets very full in the middle of the night, and after I pee, if I sneeze anywhere from right after I pee until about 15 minutes, I get these sharp pains that shoot right where I think my ovaries are, maybe right above. It happened so bad last night, that I feel it now one one side if I stretch a certain way or when I get up. Has anyone has this problem?
