Period/pregnancy?

i had sex and then had my period the next day and it lasted about 3 days instead of like a week and was very light.

could i be pregnant?
like, since my period happened so quickly could it have been my body confused or something? cuz it was so light. i wasn't on my period when i had the sex.

i guess what i'm asking is could i have had my period before my body realized it was pregnant? i'm about a week late, my last period was last month.

Even with a period, you could still be pregnant. My doctor, and many women's first hand experience, and plenty of googling show me that women can have their period and be pregnant.

you could possibly, i would definantly go buy a home pregnancy test.hope this helps.
