I need relief from pregnancy cramps!! any suggestions? |
ive had bad cramps all day and now they are pretty extreme! def the worst ive ever had..i tried a heating pad, but it doesnt seem to help as it usually does and i just took some tylenol extra strength...just waiting for that to kick in...any other suggestions? i cant take it much longer!! :-( im an idiot...i meant to say miscarriage cramps...sorry my brain is a little fried these days!! How far along are you? If these are Braxton Hicks cramps, they are false labor contractions. Breathing techniques help a lot, as does a very warm bath. Look it up on the internet on google. Call your dr. if you are too worried and the cramping doesn't get better. You can also try drinking water. Braxton Hicks contractions actually begin at six weeks, but you usually don't feel them. My almost 20 year old daughter has been, though, right from the beginning. Everyone is different. Also, try changing your position, if you are laying down. That is all I can think of not knowing how far along you are. Again, if you are really concerned, call your OBGYN! |
