Pregnancy symptoms usually dont show up for at least a good couple weeks, and when they do its mostly nausea that it causes. You didnt actually have sex or ejaculate so I think everythings ok. Tell her that pregnancy symptoms dont show up for 3 weeks at least and that you hope she feels better and give her some chicken noodle soup for her belly hurting. 2 days after you had sex you can not have pregnancy symptoms yet. If she would be pregnant, (what could be, also with rubbing her vagina with your penis, some fluid could have come out and went inside her, so use a condom next time, or get on the pill!!) then it would take at least a week to produce the hormone that causes the symptoms of pregnancy.

even if you didn't orgasm you can still pr-*** this is a natural process which clears the urethra before ejaculation pre-*** can contain sperm so with out realising it you could potentially have got her pregnant

don't take any pregnancy tests yet as its too soon leave it for a week and take two to be more sre of the answer

I would guess these pains are psychosomatic (all in her head) from the guilt or, the fact her family almost caught you.
It's like she wants to please you but, still heeds her families gestures of no sex. Try it with a condom and see if she's a little more stable knowing she won't get pregnant.
