Is this an indicator of pregnancy?

my period was a 1 week and 2 days delayed
and now that it's here it's much lighter than usual -
it's usually heavy for the first two days

is this a sign of pregnancy?

i took a EPT test and it came back negative - but after taking the test i discovered that it was 2 months expired .. so and im not ruling out the possibilities of pregnancy
