Weight loss with Pregnancy ?

What is the best methods to go about weight loss with pregnancy ?

I'm not going near diet pills when pregnant.
Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy? I've always had a hard time losing weight. I am Ready to Take the Next Step, and do what ever it takes to learn about my own body's needs.
Any good products or diet systems you can recommend?
I'm not going to let anything hold me back anymore.

p.s It has to be safe.

Thanks!

Hey
Don't be to impatient with losing weight when pregnant.
You should try and take it easy and reserve your energy. From what I've learned; trying to lose weight real fast, may hinder you.

Gaining weight from pregnancy is quite normal for any women. It can even take a 1/2 year after pregnancy for your body to return to normal. So, even if you are not breast-feeding, don't be in too much of a hurry to cut calories. looking after and being responsible for a new baby can also be very tiring.
It would be most helpful to not bother worrying about your weight for now. Just put more effort in eating the right foods and cutting out junk/harmful food.

And I do have something I highly recommend for you.
Its titled Strip-That-Fat. Be sure to go to http://www.rightchoicereviews.com/pregna... for more information.
This will be a helpful tool to help any women lose weight.

During your pregnancy you need to gain weight. the best thing for you to do is become healthy. eat the right food, exercise daily. that way you wont gain lots of weight but you will be keeping your baby healthy! which is important, dieting isnt a wise thing to do when pregnant. but if you eat healthy and exercise after the baby it will prob. help you drop all the baby weight plus some. also you can continue these good eating habits well after the baby is born. you would make a newborn go on a diet would you? bc you going on a diet is like putting your baby on a diet.

PLEASE get checked by your doctor BEFORE starting any diet or exercise regimen especially while pregnant. You may see fat on your body but that baby needs nourishment from you to survive. Wait till after your delivery to lose the weight ,not now.
