Weight gain in pregnancy, is it enough? |
I'm 28 weeks pregnant, saw Midwife and I haveonly put on 5 1/2 pounds since I saw her at 6 weeks. That doesn't seem alot. I was slightly overweight before but nothing major. Everyone is different and gains differing amounts of weight.... everybodys weight gain is different ... i had only put on about 9lbs by the time i was 29weeks,,,then piled the weight on in the last 6 weeks,,,also it will depend on how much excercise youve done during the pregnancy,,,xxxx there is so set weight gain you really should have.Yes that does not sound like a lot but if your were already overweight depending on how much you weight you are right where you should be for this stage. |
