APPLE CIDER VINEGAR CLEANSE DURING PREGNANCY? |
I HAVE HEARD REALLY GOOD THINGS ABOUT USING APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TO CLEANSE OUT YOUR BODY. LOTS OF WEBSITES SAY IT IS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY. DOES ANYONE KNOW EXACTLY HOW MUCH VINEGAR/WATER TO MIX, HOW OFTEN AND FOR HOW LONG? HAS ANYONE EVER DONE THIS TYPE OF CLEANSE? PROS/CONS? THANKS EVERYONE! It's probably safe because it's completely inert, there are absolutely no effects. Personally I wouldn't go screwing around with stupid fake medicines while I was pregnant. Play it safe. I am curious about why you have decided to cleanse your body during pregnancy. I would think that you should do your best to give your developing child good nutrition and eliminate behaviors liking smoking and drinking alcohol during pregnancy (and after with the tobacco). But it is a little too late to prepare the soil. The plant is already a foot high, so to speak. The good foods are well known. Veggies, fruit, and a moderate intake of meat, carbs, and oils. And do what you can to dump the stress and conflict. It is a time to prepare to raise a child. Now that is a BIG deal. :) Best wishes. |
