How do I ask my mom to buy me a pregnancy test without her getting suspicious?

How do I ask my mom to buy me a pregnancy test without her getting suspicious?

Yes I don't think there is a way round that sweetie. Have you got pocket money? Perhaps you could buy one yourself? If you are in the UK, the Family Planning clinic or your GP will do the test free of charge.

If you ask your mum to buy a pregnancy test, she will want to know why and if it's for you. That's just natural for a mum to want to make sure she's doing a good job of things and keeping you safe.

You can go to any family planning clinic/ sexual health clinic and get a free test confidentially (that means they are not allowed to tell anyone about you and your visit), even if you're under 16. Use this website to find your nearest clinic http://www.fpa.org.uk

A result doesn't show up on a pregnancy test until 2 to 3 weeks after unprotected sex, before then, there is not enough HCG (pregnancy hormone) in your body to show up on a test.

If it has been 72 hours (3 days) or less, you can take the emergency pill (morning-after-pill), which helps protect against pregnancy on a one of incident. If it's been slightly more than 3 days, you still may be able to take it, but will be asked to go back to the clinic for a pregnancy test to make sure it worked. You can also have the coil fitted up to 5 days after unprotected sex, as a form of emergency contraception. The same clinics will do this for you all free and confidential.

You'll also need to think about STI testing (Sexually Transmitted Infection). Not all STI's have symptoms, so someone doesn't always know they have it unless they test, which is easy to do. Most (not all) STI's can be easily treated with antibiotics. You'll need a GUM clinic (STI clinic) to do full STI testing. Some of the other clinics will still be able to offer you a test for Chlamydia, the most common STI of which 1 in 10 people have and can be treated with antibiotics.

I hope this helps :o)

You can't. She's going to want to know why you need a pregnancy test. Either tell her what you've been up to or get a friend or someone else to get the pregnancy test for you.

If you aren't old enough to go buy your own pregnancy test, you aren't old enough to be having sex. And if you must have sex, for christ's sake, use protection!

Yeah, not gunna happen.

Just go and get one yourself. They are at any drug store, Walmart, and most grocery stores (you might have to ask for one at the pharmacy counter if you go to a grocery store). You should be able to get a good one for under $15. Most important things are accuracy and how early you can take the test.

exactly its impossible x
your mum is more likely to be more hurt if you do not tell her x
she will be very supportive, i didnt enjoy taking mine myself no one to share the excitement or have a shoulder to cry on x
i am a mum myself and would feel extremly hurt that my child did not feel comfortable to trust me and for me to help her as im sure she was once in this situation x
your mum will always be there for you no matter what thats what we are there for x

go to a chemist in your next town so they wont know you, dont ask your mum she will guess straight away. or buy one online from a net cafe
http://www.earlypregnancy.co.uk/
or simply just get someone else that you trust to buy one
or go to a doctor its all confidentiall and if you are they will give you info from there! dont worry you coud also just wait for your period to come.good luck

Say a gal from skl in another year u hardly know needs one and she can't tell anyone and dosn't want her mates or anyone to know so she asked you coz u don't know her that well and if ur mum could buy u one 2 give 2 her.

Tell her that it's for a friend. Say that she won't ask her mom to because she thinks that her mom will kick her out if she thinks that she is pregnant.

I'd say you probably shouldn't ask her..parents tend to overreact. Instead try to ask a friend who can drive to buy you one? Or even someone else in your family you can trust.

You can't. Go to your local family planning clinic or your GP's nurse. They will do a test for free and won't tell your mum.

not possible. buy your own. be a woman.

I'm with everyone else.
It's impossible.
Your mum will get suspicious.

Tell her that you need it for a school project........

Most parents aren't very smart and she is sure to believe you.

Errrm IMPOSSIBLE.

do you think your mum is a fool.
you certainly act and behave like one and even treat her like one.

Buy it yourself....and then learn how to keep your legs closed.

yay sorry..............impossible. just buy one ur self.

this is impossible! get one of your friends to buy it for you

tell her you have a friend in trouble
errrrrrrrrmmm....NO!
its impossible
