What can cause 4 positive pregnancy tests.?

What can cause 4 positive pregnancy tests, if you're not really pregnant?

I'm a 27 year old married woman. I KNOW I'm not pregnant because I had my tubes ties AND I'm on birth control.... OH AND I had cancer. There is no way I am pregnant. I took at test with my best friend who is trying to have a baby but was scared to take a test, so I did, joking with her that it was easy to take them, and mine was positive. So I took another, and another and another... all positive.

False positives are extremely rare, 4 false positives is unheard of.

Certain medications contain the HCG hormone (which is what the test detects) can throw off the test. Certain chemicals can cause a false read. Also there is a maximum amount of time that you should read the tests for and fi you go over that time a false reading can occur. Also if you have miscarried it is possible to still get a positive reading because there is still enough HCG for the tests to detect.

However, 4 false pregnancy tests? I would go see a doctor to find out what is happening. Something is messing with your hormonal levels and obviously you can`t be pregnant.

If you're 100% sure you're not pregnant, I'd advice you to go to your doctors and ask for a test to check for hormonal imbalances.
Stress can alter hormone levels, as can the menopause, anxiety and depression, amongst other things.
Hope you work it out :)

'Not really pregnant'? That doesn't exist....One question...Have you had vaginal intercourse? If the answer is yes...There ya go

My Aunt got pregnant even though her tubes are tied so you might want to go to a doctor.
