I meant that if my thyroids are very active during pregnancy is their a chance i might not be able to have bab

is their a chance i might not be able to have a healthy baby because i was once pregnant and i had a very active thyroid and i had a miscarriag and the doctor told me that that was the thyroids and they told me that i couldnt be on medication and be pregnant so do you think i will be able to have a normal healthy baby?

1 in 8 women has thyroid disease so I would be surprised if that were true. If your doctor won't work with you, find a new one. You could use an OB/GYN or a midwife. FYI, I have hypothyroidism (though it sounds like you have hyper-) and so far have two perfectly healthy children. Good luck!
Talk to you doctor about it. He's gone to school to know this information and is most likely much more educated in that field than most or all of us on Yahoo Answers.
