What is the best way to get rid of post-pregnancy tummy fat, 6 years after the fact?

20-40 minutes of moderate-hard physical exercise daily.
After that long period of time the fat has become your friend and will not want to leave for nothing!
Five years after having a baby I decided to diet and exercise. I've lost 63 pounds so it is possible. I reccomend smaller portions, no junk food, alot of water and exercise. Good Luck.
