No. Some children have been born at 4 months and have lived. Why not wait the pregnancy out and then put the child up for adoption.
Nope. Only during the 1st trimester and depending on the health of the mother. Of course, I'd say it should be done only for medical reasons if the pregnancy threatens the life of the mother and has to be terminated.
Too risky - no doctor or clinic would perform it. Have your boyfriend push you down a flight of stairs. Or better yet, go horseback riding bareback.
