What is the most effective exercise to rid myself of post pregnancy fat on my stomach? |
I had a child a year and a half ago and I am still struggling with the fat around my tummy that most people said would go away since I am petite. I've tried doing crunches only to find out I was doing ones that only worked your upper abdominals and even those weren't effective. I can't afford surgery and I want to get a flat stomach FAST! You can do an excersice that is called leg lifts where you lay flat on the floor and tuck your elbows in to your body while keeping your hands at your head. now you can hold onto something to help take some of the weight off. and then with your legs on the ground lift them up so that they are now straight up from the floor and the let them down without dropping them to the floor. do sets of these in about 10 to 12 without letting your legs touch the floor till your done. Do these in sets of 2 to 3 at night before you go to bed and in the morning before you do anything else. also give yourself about 30 second to a whole minute rest in between each set. Try a colonic. Or try a yoga ball. You can get a video and a ball for less than 20 bucks. DO A LOT OF SIT-UP .WHEN I WAS IN SCHOOL I HAD NO BELLY CAUSE MY DANCE TEACHER MADE US DO FLOOR EXERCISE EVENTHOUGH WE HATED SOME OF IT.IT WORKED. Yoga and pilates really helped me, and I had a c-section. Also light weigh training is great. You won't get bulky, and the muscle will help burn the stored fat. I gained WAY too much with both of my pregnancies, so this should help you. Good luck! you can try anything, but in experience it doesn't work. stretch marks and tummy fat are from your pride and joys |
