What is a safe and effective home remedy for nausea during pregnancy? |
I am 8 weeks pregnant and I feel so yucky. I can't seem to keep my food down. i'd keep some crackers by the bed, and always keep something tiny in your stomach...(lol) i found this maternity store (my fiance's pregnant too...and at about the same point) that sells anti-nausea candy...i'll try to find the name of the stuff...but it works. sounds funny, i know good luck with the baby! My doc told me it was good, it meant the baby had a strong hold. I found salsa to give temp relief, nothing else. For 9 months I had it. When she ws born, it went away. Now she is twelve and I wish for her to return to the womb, nausea is easier to deal with than puberty. Eat little bits ALL DAY no full meals! Saltine crackers have been know to cut nausea pretty well. worked for me and my best friend anyway. That is morning sickness no matter the time you get it. I used fresh ginger tea to help me just boil a little ginger and add milk and honey. Sometimes nothing helps and you'll just have to hope that it goes away soon believe me I can relate I got it so bad I lost 35 pounds in a month, this comes with the turf. I hope you get better. Go to the drugstore and get some motion sickness bands. They work wonders and are drug and side effect free. You wear them on your wrists. They have a small ball that sits on the insides of both wrist on a nerve that goes to your stomach. I was told to use them when I was pregnant and they worked GREAT! And they dont cost much at all. |
