Is there a way to get the skin that sagged during pregnancy - breast and tummy- to its former state?

The skin is slower to respond to exercise than the muscles; it's easy to get discouraged, but hang in there. Also skin brushing (with a skin brush) and firming lotions help.
Exercise and a lot of water.
With patience. 9 months to put the weight one, so 9 months at least to take it off. Carry your baby instead of putting them in a stroller. Holding that extra weight with you as you walk helps. Also, if you don't have time for exercise, you can always modify small things in your day such as just wearing ankle weights all day. Breastfeeding can help, but in a way can sometimes make the breasts worse. Depends. Hope it helps. *Mandie*
Personal experience.
There isn't a quick fix for the loose skin, it's that old exercise and eat healthy. If you experienced stretch marks, cocoa butter will help fade them or lessen their appearance. Good luck.
I for one have had 3 c-sections so I know the best thing is to exercise.Do sit-ups with your baby on your tummy, put your baby on your legs as you do leg lifts make things fun if you don't like to exercise interact with your baby as you exercise as far as helping your breast take back shape/form didn't experience this problem but I'm sure doing arm exercises will help tighten your chest muscles..
