What is the best way to shed extra weight gained from pregnancy? |
i need to get my tummy to be flat and to shed the extra weight on other parts of my body? The same way you shed any weight gained, diet and exercise. If you are still breast feeding, do not go under 1500 calories Exercises & Proper Eating Not really about losing weight, but if you dont want to put loads on, did you know..... you only need an extra 300 calories a day to carry a healthy child. There is no need to binge and put on loads of weight just for the sake of being pregnant. Why dont you take a gentle stroll every day. My best friend regained her pre baby shape within 3 months by increasing her fruit and veg intake and cutting back on fat, doing aerobics, and walking everywhere instead of taking the car. i think excersise an walkin everyday must work out fine!:) To start with the very best way is breastfeeding! It can burn over 600 calories a day. Great when you don't feel up to starting a new diet. It really worked for me, I breastfed all 3 of my children. With my last one I put on about 4 stone!!!! It all came off though.xxxx Have your husband give you 45 minutes a day to run 2 miles per day, 6 days per week. Buy a great pair of running shoes, buy clothes that keep you cool while working out.
