How can I tell the difference between pms symptoms and early pregnancy?

I have been trying to conceive now for 2yrs. My cycles are regular every month. This month we tried and now I am 3 days late for my period but I still have all of my pms symptoms such as lower back ache, mild cramping, moodiness. Could I be pregnant?

Yes you could be. Often you still get pms symptoms and sometimes even a little spotting but then it stops. The cramping can also be from the implantation. The spotting is usualy caused by implantation as well. They call it implantation spotting. I have been pregnant 5 times and spotted every single time. If your 3 days late it is long enough to go get a test. Go get a First response. They are the best and the price is fair. Good luck hun!
girl i think u should buy a pregnece test or even visit ur doc. i had a 3 day late period and the simptums were still there but my dot came so maybe it's just preparing for ur dot. and plus, just wait a littel while
