at about 4 or 5 months the lactating process will begin.
in the 3rd trimester
As early as 7th month ( Average) but 5th month has also been documented.
by 4 th month of pregancy.................
around the third trimester.you will sometimes getting when having sex ,at point of orgasm
By the 16th week of pregnancy the breast are producing milk - some women may notice at some point during the pregnancy - most do not. Unless you are tandem nursing, it is not advise to try to get milk out as the occitocine (Sp?) level will increase and may cause preterm labor.
