Is it possible that breasts continue to grow after 19(not including pregnancy)?

Especially when recently started developing?

Yes. It really depends on the hormone levels in your body. Some people stop growing in their midteens whilte others are still growing well into their mid twenties.
Oh most definitely. I'm 29 and I have much bigger breasts than I did at 19. They keep getting larger as I get older. They also get bigger when you put on more weight.
Yes, they could, especially if you started your physical development late. A change in hormones, such as beginning the birth control pill, can make you grow a whole cup size.
yes...when you gain wieght its usually there first
yes.............
yep .your body will continue to change as you get older the perks of life i am afraid.
Sure esp if you have been really skinny and are starting to put on some weight then that will creat growth as well. I was flat as a board threw high school then when I got older they grew then they really grew when I gained weight then they got back down to a nice size when I lost weight. The thing that sucks is even though they are growing with age they also start to travel downwards with age as well...
