Can you have a period after giving a pos reading on a pregnancy test? Yes, some still have a period every month, but some miscarry when bleeding, so it is impossible to tell which one it is. Pain+ bleeding+ positive preg test may indicate an ectopic pregnancy. spotting? yeah. heavy flow? go to the doctors. it could be a miscarriage you are experiencing or maybe you had a false positive. i would take a visit to the doctor who could tell you for sure. nope...if you are pregnant your body releases hormones to stop the menstrual cycles... you can still have a period and be preganant...see your health care professional - in fact, many women have their period in the first 3 months...(but, it is not a normal period..), it is more spotting...
