Can a uterus that is diffusely heterogeneous in echogenicity be mistaken for pregnancy?

Can a uterus that is diffusely heterogeneous in echogenicity be mistaken for pregnancy?

If you are talking about Ultrasound echogenicity, the reaction of gestation sac on its surrounding tissues could make the uterus heterogeneous and hyperechoic. The Gestational Sac itself will be with hyperechoic border and anechoic fluid filled sac.
What is echogenicity ? If you update your question I will be able to answer it.
