Is there an alternative method to increase breast size besides surgery, or pregnancy?

Not really.... you can make them firmer with some exercises that will as well give a little with of muscle so they would look bigger

Breasts are made of breast tissue and fat. The breast tissue, or the firm tissue we see, turns to fat slowly as we get older. Some women's do faster depending on their genetics, how many children they have, and if they wear a bra or not. (The ligaments above the breast will sag more without support).
