You should have your period Apr. 21-23 weekend, and if you don't get your period, you can take a preg. test on or around the 22nd. and it will tell you for sure if you are (or are not).

You can do a home pregnancy test from the first day you expect your period. You can do them earlier but they are less accurate. You can also get 'false negative' results. Hope you get the result you want x
You can already take a home pregnancy test, with fairly accurate results[about 90-95%}. But if you want to be over 99.99% sure right now, go to a medical lab and request that a blood serum HCG quantitative test be done. Best wishes and good luck!

if you take an e.p.t you can know 19 days after unprotected sex but i would hold off a few more days
