I am on the Pill and my bf "finishes" inside...? Likelihood of pregnancy?

To be frank, my bf finishes inside without a condom and I am on the Pill. I seriously am religious about taking my Pill on time (within a half hour's time span everyday). Does anyone know the likelihood of pregnancy if I'm darn near perfect about taking my pills?

Experiences are greatly appreciated. Did you get pregnant on the Pill? If so, did you take it perfectly?

The Pill is more than 99% effective when used properly. If you AND your boyfriend are monogamous, I wouldn't see any need to use a back up form of BC, unless for some reason you need to take antibiotics, in which case you should either abstain or use a back up method for the duration of the antibiotics. Source(s): Pill user for 16 years, never had an unplanned pregnancy
for me, i'd feel a lot safer not just relying on one method of contraception. in fact, even if i were on the pill, id make him wear a condom anyway. the thought of getting pregnant in my life right now scares me enough not to take any chances.
