I was supposed to get my period yesterday but I haven't and my pregnancy test was negative what could it be?

I'm usually very regular, but i currently have a urinary tract infection because thats what my symptoms relate to and i was wondering if that could affect the test or my period. I got all of the usual symptoms, my face broke out actually worse than usual this time and i feel tired and i thought i was beginning to get cramps last night. I dont know whats wrong but i have been under a lot of stress lately, i have my finals for school this week and i just had to pay a 300$ ticket and was worrying about money... what could be wrong?

It is probably just stress. Take a deep breath, relax and wait a couple of weeks. If you still haven't had a period then, take another pregnancy test, and go from there. And go to the doctor for the infection.
Stress will cause you to miss your peroid. Chill out for a week and take the test again.
