What options do I have to fix my stretch marks and my stomach after pregnancy? |
My son is 4 years old now, and I'm 23, and my stomach looks horrible. My lower stomach is fat and flabby looking, even though I'm 5'4 and weigh about 110 pounds, and I have really bad stretch marks. It really bums me out that I can never wear a bikini again and I'm always self-conscious of my stomach. I went for a consultation for a tummy tuck, but it seems that the scar that that leaves is just as bad as what I have now! Can somebody PLEASE help I need advice. WHAT ELSE can I do to get my stomach back the way it should be? Go to Walgreens look in their health & beauty sections! you'll find all kinds of lotions for stetch marks! I recomend the shea butter lotion's! as for losing the wieght exercising and eating right is the best recomendation anyone can give. The lotions wont work overnight, but they do work, for fast results use a liquid fondation on top of the lotion to cover the aperiance while the lotions are working! Good luck with everything congrats on your child! hope this helps! maybe you shouldnt have had a kid at the age of 19 dear.... diet and exersize...... you can loose the belly with diet and exercise but the stretch marks you'll have to live with. You can't get rid of them completely but there are products that claim to lighten them. they have maderma (check spelling) its supposed to tone scares down. also they have stretch mark cream i have vita k i havent used it much so i dont knwo if it works. |
