Is it possible to be pregnant if u still get your period and home pregnancy tests show negative?????? yes- it is very possible. What you should do though is see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test, as this is the most accurate way of testing for pregnancy. Source(s): I am a nurse for over 20 yrs absolutely It's not probable, but it is possible. But I wouldnt count on it. If you want to know for sure, take a blood test. i had my period while i was pregnant. so yes you can still have a period. i dont know about the neg tests. at the beginning it might be too early to tell so it may show as negative. Yes Some women still experiemce light periods during pregnancy and pregnancy tests measure the amout of pregnancy hormone in your urine. There usually isnt enough to measure a positive result until 4 weeks into the pregnancy Home pregnancy tests claim to have an accuracy of over 99%, but of course, nothing is infallible. Bleeding can still occur during pregnancy, but this is not a "real" period in the usual sense. If you want to be sure, I would suggest visiting your GP, but don't panic or do anything silly - if you are worried you could always talk to him about a morning after pill (Unless you're Catholic or something) Good luck. |
