Yes, anytime sperm enters the vaginal canal, a fertile woman has a chance of becoming pregnant. And yes, the lubrication, that happens normally in a woman, does aid in upping the percentage of her becoming pregnant. A woman's natural lubrication means a big deal when it comes to trying to get those little fellows were they need to be and at the right time.

This is not the whole truth. According to medical journals the woman needs her fluids to enable the sperm to swim easily towards the mouth of the cervix and up to reach the egg. If the fluids are not too acidic, fertilization can take place also if its at the right time.
