What herbs are good for lowering high blood pressure and/or water retention during pregnancy? For lowering your blood pressure, I, as an herbalist, would recommend a formula called "Supertonic" and one called "Ginkgo Plus". Although the Ginkgo Plus has Ginkgo in it, it's not for the brain. The herbs in this combination clean out the veins and arteries. We are working on changing the name of it to "A & V Blaster". Supertonic will help with your blood pressure. It is seasoned VERY hot. If you cannot handle hot/spicy things, they do come in capsule form. The only difference is with the capsules, you must take them with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to activate the ingredients.
