It is quite possible that you are pregnant and your hcg (pregnancy hormone) levels aren't high enough to detect just yet. Could be an ovarian cyst. I had 2 on one of my ovaries and didn't have a period for 3 months. As soon as the cysts went away (on their own), everything went back to normal.
