If a woman gets breast implants can she still breast feed her kids after her pregnancy?

That depends... If the implants are put in through the nipples, then make sure that the doctor doesn't cut the milk ducts, as this will keep you from being able to breast feed. Most women with implants don't have any problems breast feeding, as the implants don't interfere with milk production, etc.
