Is there a diet pill that actually, really works for someone 50 lbs overweight from pregnancy? |
I have dieted and exercised my butt off and cannot drop my post pregnancy weight. Is there any diet pills I can take that will work? I don't have the money to afford any type of good food, so keep that in mind I eat what I can get. Anyone used any diet pills that worked. I don't need any of that advertsing BS, I wanna hear from people that it worked for. Or if you know someone it worked for. I can't fit in my old clothes, and I can't afford new ones. I need to drop some serious lbs! Any help greatly appreciated! I actually spent less on food when I changed my lifestyle. Fruits and veggies aren't expensive and that is the bulk of a healthy diet. You should take a look at this page: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/food-an... Figure out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight and eat less than that. Build your eating plan on the pyramid and you will be sure to have well balanced nutrition. That is all it takes and yes it worked for me. weight training and cardio, raise your matabolism and even if you are eating fast food you can eat better there. Such as, instead of a burger and french fries get chicken mc nuggets or a chicken sandwich...no fries. Cut down your calorie intake, dont eat as much. instead of using that money for diet pills you can also buy healthier food. drink alot of milk and yogurt the calcium helps you lose weight. Also drink water not cokes. no cokes at all. its cheaper to buy your own food rather than eating out. |
