What's the best way to get your body back into tip top shape after pregnancy???? |
This is my second and I gained 65 lbs with my first. I lost half of it and this time am gaining the minimum amount. How can I get this weight off of me fast and effectively when I have this baby???? Has anyone had great sucess with a personal trainer or other ideas? Let me paraphrase the obesity section from my medical physiology text book. Work your muscles! Get off your butt and work your muscles. Muscle work is the number one mechanism for burning calories and increasing multi-hour metabolic changes. If you are breast feeding, don't restrict any component of your diet; just start exercising. If you're not breast feeding, then reduce your carbs and fats (I said reduce, not eliminate). Get enough protein so that your body doesn't think it's starving and fill up on bulk low calorie carbs like salads. Canned Tuna is a high protein, low fat, low carb protein source. Good luck; there's nothing sexier than a mom who looks like she's still young and healthy and NOT FAT!liposuction. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you more on this site this will help you-free useful tips & articles on almost any topic- http://free-articles.50webs.com... General aerobics are the most effective way. Either get a gym membership with free classes or take a dance class. FOR HOME YOU CAN BUY DVDs of aerobics or dance as well. I know a better diet solution-- transverse exercises together with Weight Loss/Hoodia sample. My sister gave birth to a healthy baby boy just a few months ago. But, you should see her now. She's sexy and amazing! So if you're interested, you may also browse this site http://www.upkb.com/weightloss.php... for more tips and details how to lose weight faster. |
