Does an Ovarian cyst which is of haemorraghic in nature come in the way of one's pregnancy?

It may affect one getting pregnant. But if u have it during pregnancy, it is best to watch it (with ultrasound) and make sure it doesn't grow or rupture. It rarely leads to a misccariage, usually that's not a primary concern.
it may be present if u r pregnant or not
but need not be harmful
