Naturally and SAFE, what is the best way to refirm my breasts and/or lift them after pregnancy? |
After my first baby, my breasts went so soft because when my milk came in (all at once) it changed my size up 3 sizes.. so yes i did get stretch marks.. but I want to know some options for lifting and/or firming them up any if at all- safely, not cosmetic surgery. Is there any thing I can put on my skin, or can a doctor put somthing on them to give back elasticity? I am soo bumbed about it.. becasue there are no other options I know of.. Please Help!! :( The only options there are you have shot down (a la "not cosmetic surgery"). Working out will not help that much, if any. Surgery would be the way to go. Source(s): http://www.breasthealthonline.com... Building your pectoral (chest) muscles with pushups and weights may help to make your breasts appear firmer. And get a good bra. I can't say enough for good supportive undergarments. :) I'm afraid exercising and building up the chest muscles will only help so much. Nothing short of plastic surgery will truly change them back to their prior state. Good Luck! Sorry, I really don't think there is anything you can do. You could try the pec deck at the gym to "frim them up" Get a good bra. There isn't much else. Keep the skin moisturized, not that it'll really do anything. However, keep in mind that your breasts probably aren't that much softer. It's very difficult to measure this stuff, and since your breasts would have been bigger/firmer during pregnancy and lactation, you probably aren't comparing them with your pre-pregnancy breasts anymore. i have no experience but wat u could is put a really tight bra on( mayb the one u had b4 u got pregnant) this might help. i dunno. hope i helped |
