Is there any home remedies or anything else that I can do to get rid of my pregnancy acne?

I am 13 1/2 weeks pregnant and I'm sprouting out all over my face and chest. I feel like I'm 13 all over again. Is there anything I can do or take that won't affect my baby or myself that will get rid of or that can lessen my acne? I've already asked my doctor and she told me to just go with it. I know that a doctors advice is always the right advice but I'm sure you ladies out there have tried something that worked.

First of all...CONGRATS on your pregnancy!!! I had the same problem with my 1st. The only thing I could do was to cut out the sugar and wash my face regularly. I would exfoliate once a week. Hormones are evil things!! The good news is that once my hormones got under control, the acne went away.
Witch Hazel

You must have oily skin .. use it after you takeing a hot shower or bath it will close your pores in your skin
