I have cystic fibrosis and my girlfreind who is 46 is premenopausal what are the chances of pregnancy?

Well, the chances are slim but not zero, has long as she is still menstrating and you still have swimmers, it is possible. Her age is definately at the maximum end for pregnancy chances and depending on the extent of your disease, your chances are diminshed as well. If you want to get pregnant and are not able too realize the chances of the child having birth defects is increased greatly due to her age and adoption might be a safer option.
