pap tests are for detecting abnormal cells. A pregnancy test is totally different. You would need a urine or blood test to tell if you are pregnant.

Pregnancy test is different. Just ask them to do one on the urine you give at the beginning of your visit they don't mind at all. They need to know before they start examining you or they could hurt you.
