I'm always tired, what could it be? my bf thinks it could be a symptom of pregnancy? There are many contributing factors to fatigue, such as: medications, inadequate sleep, poor diet, stress, and other environmental factors, such as mold exposure or exposure to another environmental toxin. Rule out pregnancy by visiting your physician or by administering a home pregnancy test. Usually the first sign of pregnancy is a missed period or morning sickness. could be...but it also could be that you aren't eating right, not getting enough exercise, and not getting enough sleep....try exercising and it should make you feel better right away! Poor diet! I have the same problem. If you don't eat enough, or if you eat terrible food products, you feel tired! Proper nutrition is key to getting your energy back! It could be anything really... yes it could be a sign of pregnancy but it could also be low iron... thyroid problems... a number of things really. The best advice is to ask your Dr if the tiredness continues. First of all, check your last period then do a pregnancy test. Otherwise you need to add something to your diet...I know of something that can help you BUT I will not post it here for 'spam' reasons...please email me privately and I'll share with you. Chances are you're anemic (if you're not pregnant - and if you are you can still be anemic). You don't have enough iron in your blood and you're always tired. Women tend to get anemic more so than men as we menstruate and lose blood every month. Try taking a good multivitamin and if you don't feel better, go to the dr and ask them to test your iron. However, don't take iron supplements without checking with a dr. first.. .. too much iron isn't good either. And if you do take iron, just a warning: it makes you constipated. Contact a doctor! |
