I'm 38 female experiencing high degree of fatigue, how can I rid this immediately? Could it be pregnancy? |
I can't sleep with this fatigue, very exhausting, can't relax, help! It would be irresponsible for anyone to attempt to diagnose your problem. Someone may have had similar conditions and found a solution for them, but each person is different. The fact that you've posted your question indicates your level of concern for this matter. You should consult with your doctor regarding this matter. A physical with blood tests should provide information for properly treating this problem. I wish you the best of luck and health. you could be pregnant, have a vitamin deficency (iron deficency is most commom), or it could be beggining stages of menopause You should be checked out by a physician. There are a lot of possibilities... Thyroid problems Depression Lack of exercise Too much stress just to mention a few... If you are pregnant, even more reason to have doctor's input. PLEASE - Don't wait!!! Make an appointment now! OC I think you should go to the doctor, tell him how you have been feeling and request that he do a full bloodwork. He should be checking for things like anemia (low iron) and a vitamin B deficiency. Of course fatigue comes with pregnancy to, but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion unless you have been sexually active without any birth control use, or have other reasons to believe you could be pregnant (ie. unexplained weight gain, missed periods,etc.). Good luck! You may be anemic, low on Iron. Or pregnant. Any sudden or on going life changes (even good ones) can be taxing on the body. Go to the doctor and get checked out. They can tell you much better. Good luck. Yes you might me pregnant. Or depressed, or not eating right or not sleeping right or not exercising enough or not taking vitamins or do you have kids that have ADD ... there could be a wide variety of possibilities. My advide is to first, take a pregnancy test if you are really concerned and than maybe pay attention to your body. Keep a daily dairy of what you do, what you eat and how you feel and over time, there could be something that stands out that is the culprit. Lastly, definitely consult a physian if you are worried because they know more about our bodies than we do. Have doc check for diabetes. |
