What is the most effective way for a 35 year old woman to lose the "baby gut" after a pregnancy? |
I had a baby 18 months ago, and I am still struggling with the stretchy baby gut. I swear every other mother that I meet with a child the same age looks fabulous..... I feel like I am the only one out there that looks like this! Its only the stomach! HELP PLEASE! Any advice is appreciated! (P.S. I am a very very picky eater, so that makes it twice as hard) Try Pilates. Works great and doesnt take long. You will see results in no time. The only thing that will help is excersize Didn't you watch The Swan? All of those women who had babies, have that same stomach, so do I. The Dr's on that show said only a tummy tuck will get rid of it. Some people can never lose it. My kids are 17 and 20, and I still have my gut, I have done everything short of a tummy tuck. walking and resistance training eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks bbut keep your calorie count down to 1500 calories. cut down on carbs, cut out junk food and sweets. try to eat basically the same meals every day. watch your fat intake. drink lots of water and walk with your baby every day, you'll both enjoy it No amount of exersize will repair the fascia muscle after its been stretched out by pregnancy. Wait until you've had your children and get a tummy tuck...hopefully it will remove many stretchmarks at the same time. http://messageboards.makemeheal.com/view... http://www.locateadoc.com/gallery.cfm/ac... |
