I just got off my period Thurs, I had u/p sex on Friday. What are the chances of pregnancy & how long b4 test?


I am out of birth control and waiting to see a doctor for more. But if I just got done bleeding on Thurs. and had sex on friday, how long should I wait to get a test or are the chances low?

I'm no gynocologist or doctor of any sort, but I've been told by mine that if you're not ovulating, it's a slimmer chance to get pregnant than if you are. Because when you ovulate, your body releases your egg, which the sperm interacts with to make the baby. You usually don't ovulate until about 10-14 days after the last day of your period, so relax, breathe in, breathe out! did he atleast pull out? DONT EVER TRUST the pull out method, but it's safer than just letting it all in there. Hope this helped.
the chances of pregnancy are pretty low because most women ovulate about a couple weeks before their period (although you didn't mention how long your period lasted - but on average, ovulation occurs about 2 weeks after the first day of your period). but all women are different so we can't say that for sure. some ept's can tell you if you're pregnant or not as early as 4 or 5 days before your next period. but if you want to save and stuff, just wait for your next period. if you miss it, take the test. but on average, chances are low that you'll get pregnant right after your period. :)
You should goto a website that tells you when your ovulation cycle is. Normally they are 2 weeks before your period.Chances might be low, but there is always that chance. The earliest I believe you can check for pregancy is a week...but I am not sure.
