I'm a mother of 2! I need to lose some of the weight I put on during my last pregnancy.I have no motivation ~



tell me some good ways to lose about 30-40 lbs.thanx everyone!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
Get out in the sun for motivation. The light will make you feel more "up"

If you get one of those pedometers and make sure you take 10,000 steps a day...it is a start.
The hardest part is getting started. Just think about how good you'll look and feel once you've started. That should give you all the motivation you'll need. Good luck.
Go to http://www.2424milk.com Get a mean, ruthless friend who will push you to do things. Strip naked and stand in front of a full-length mirror. Go swimsuit or tight jeans shopping. Look and photos of yourself that you hate. Ok, so these are all negative examples. Hang a tight pair of jeans on your wall in your room where you'll see them all the time. Keep exercising and trying them on everyday until they fit. Then get a size smaller jeans and repeat. Plan a vacation where swimsuits or pictures will happen. Give yourself something other than food every time you exercise. Make exercising as pleasant as you can. Music, new clothes, new shoes, variety, etc. Combine easy workouts for more fun like go biking and play badminton. Or go swimming and rollerblading. And if you're on a diet, too, make one day you're "it doesn't count" day where you eat like you used to and don't worry, but don't pig out. If you need more, contact me. there is only one way to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you put in, walking is good exercise and you can build up the distance, why don't you start by walking to the local library and getting some books on cooking food that isn't loaded with fat and sugar?
it won't take long to loose a couple of kilos and soon you
ll be really into it.
