I had two ectopic pregnancies.one in one tube and anothe in second tube? is there any future for me?

yes there is go to the doc, get some tests done, but i think you have a chance, hands down, teehee
go see a fertilty doctor and ask about invetro and it might help if you take some fertilty drugs
Yes, there is future
As long as you have at least one ovary and a healthy uterus there is
You would need to go to an Ob/Gyn that specializes in fertility issues
if on your previous ectopic pregnancies they had to remove the fallopian tubes there is no way the sperm and the egg can get together by their own means so what the fertility Dr may do is to give you some medications so that you produce some eggs and extract them and fertilize them with sperm from your partner and then put the fertilized egg in your uterus and follow up the pregnancy (In vitro fertilization)
it wont be easy nor cheap but yes there is future for you.

It might help to go back to your gynae and have your tubes checked to make sure scar tissues aren't blocking them, or narrowing their passages. Narrowing or blockage could limit your chances of getting pregnant, or result in a future ectopic pregnancy again. There're ways to dilate narrowed tubes if you want to try conceiving naturally. Alternatively, you can try conceiving via IVF. It's best to talk through your options with your gynae, who knows your condition best.
At any rate, it's really far from hopeless for you.
Good luck!
I have also experienced ectopic pregnancies. Eventually, I had to have my right fallopian tube removed because it was scarred and twisted too badly. Several years later, I conceived and gave birth to a healthy baby without any intervention from fertility specialists. You need to have your tubes examined via ultrasound and go over your results with a doctor. You may still be viable on one or both sides. As the others have said, if your tubes are beyond repair, there are still other methods of conception so your childbearing future is secure provided there are no other problems.
