What are the best exercises for getting rid of post-pregnancy belly?



i have tryed sit-ups and now i am doing tae bo's 8 minute work out. and it doesnt seem like i am looseing any weight. what wlse can i do.

Any exercise is good, but I found yoga and swimming helpful. It is also good when walking to have good posture and try to suck in the stomach as long as possible.

Crunches are better for you than sit ups. I would also do an abs workout. Running is good for your body all around, as is an elliptical. ( When school is in session I do the elliptical at least 3 times a week for an hour and burn over 1000 cals and it works out everywhere, plus it goes by fast and is fun. man it's the one part that makes me hate summer, not having a free gym)
Tae Bo 8 minute is good, but that's only on days when time is a problem. You got to do much more than 8 minute of cardio.
