i have tryed sit-ups and now i am doing tae bo's 8 minute work out. and it doesnt seem like i am looseing any weight. what wlse can i do.
I love Pilate's! I did a Pilate's/yoga class at my gym and it really made a difference. Give it a try. You can even try out a Pilate's video from your local library to see if you like it before you sign up for a class or buy a video for your home. Swimming is awesome for losing weight also, and it doesn't seem to feel as exhausting either. Good luck and give yourself a few months to take it off. I'm sure you are a beautiful new mommy! |
