Sleep help with pregnancy?

Why am i EXTREMELY tired sometimes to the point i dont want to get out of bed and it seems like even opening my eyes is alot of work and then other days im up at 6 am wanting to clean and take over the world ??

It is so natural.

I once fell asleep against a shopping trolley standing at a supermarket register when 4 months pregnant. Now that's embarrassing. I just hope I didn't snore!

Your body is going through so much on the inside. That it is going to make you tierd. It is running a marathon.
And hormone levels can make you sleepy, dopey, forgetful and nutty as well.
I suffered the dopey gene bad and put my salt and pepper and a pair of shoes away in the fridge!

Another crazy thing I did also was vaccuum and clean the house at 1:30 in the morning. But I could bearly, most nights make it past 8:30pm. It drove my close neighbours nuts. But who cares their dog in my yard outside my window barking ALL night was mor annoying than some pregnant lady feeling great.

I took it while it lasted as it wouldn't be long before I could barely climb out of bed.

Us poor pregnant woman go through so much that we never get told about when we are expecting. Because I think other mum's will think were nut's when they have done the same thing.

Try and rest as often as you can.
Place a pillow between your knees while laying on your side to take the weight off your back. Or put one under your knees if on your back. The more comfortable you are sleeping, day or night, the easier it becomes.

Until the end and then you are just plain tierd. With no energy left.

It sounds like you're later in your pregnancy and that last portion is exhausting. The baby is growing at its fastest now and really zapping you, not to mention carrying around the extra weight. The need to clean is the normal 'nesting' instinct that comes with the end stage of pregnancy. It's an evolutionary thing to prepare us for the baby. Sorry to tell you, but the tiredness doesn't end once the baby's born because the baby is frequently waking.
