Tummy after pregnancy? |
I WAD A BABY 4 MONTHS AGO MY STOMACH WENT DOWN, BUT IM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED...IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET RID OF THEN BESIDES SIT UPS AND CRUNCHES?? Yeah! Plastic surgery! If you are really not satisfied, and exercise is not yielding the results you want, then you might want to consider this option. My opinion: You are probably fretting over nothing. Be happy with who you are and how you look. That would be a good example for your baby. I suggested plastic surgery but your money would be better spent starting a college fund or buying clothes/diapers for your baby! I am back to my pre-baby tummy. It does take a little work. I used an ab lounge...they're wonderful. Try running if you don't want to do the ab lounge. Don't be taken in by the pictures of celebrities that you see with completely flat, washboard stomachs. A few women are like that, and I don't wish to knock them, but generally women are meant to have a slightly curved tummy.
